Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care through thorough evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and hands-on therapy to maximize functional outcomes
Design and implement effective plans of care, adjusting interventions based on patient progress and interdisciplinary input
Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress clearly and timely to maintain compliance and continuity of care
Collaborate and communicate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient-centered care
Supervise and direct support staff to ensure safe, high-quality therapy delivery
Participate in quality improvement activities and departmental meetings to continuously enhance clinical practice
Educate patients and families to empower recovery and support home strategies

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or application in process (required)
At least 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
Ability to complete mandatory education and maintain regulatory requirements
Professional communication skills and commitment to HIPAA and infection control practices
