Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering personalized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor progress and document patient responses to treatment
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Washington
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Therapeutic exercise techniques
Patient assessment and progress monitoring
Rehabilitation equipment operation
Documentation and reporting
Team collaboration
