Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Every other weekend required; specific shift times to be discussed

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in acute rehabilitation and acute care units
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assess patient progress and adjust interventions to optimize functional outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
DCI/BVP certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of acute care and acute rehab experience

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of acute care and acute rehabilitation protocols
Skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records
