Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and register patients with a warm smile, creating a positive first impression
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays accurately
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their needs promptly

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent - we welcome those ready to start their healthcare career
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred but not required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and friendly
Comfortable with computer systems and eager to learn new software

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse patients and team members
Problem-solving abilities to handle scheduling conflicts or patient concerns
