Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Varied shifts, 4x10s schedule with weekend and weekday call; every 4-5th weekend on call and 1 weeknight per week on call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert circulating and scrubbing support in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and verify all equipment and supplies are ready
- Monitor patient status and maintain sterile field throughout procedures
- Respond to on-call needs for urgent and emergent cases
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
- Orthopedic and neurosurgical OR experience (Level 1 or 2 trauma preferred)
- Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures
- Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple specialties
- Excellent sterile technique and patient safety focus
- Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and varied shifts
