Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging that supports accurate diagnoses
Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Process and transmit images to PACS ensuring seamless workflow
Operate both mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment with precision
Apply extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to every scan

Qualifications

Current state Nuclear Medicine License or ARRT/NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
CT/Fusions Certification required
One year of acute clinical radiology experience and at least one year as a nuclear medicine technologist
Graduate of a JRCNMT or CAMRT accredited program
Current BCLS certification
Proficient computer skills

Education

Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear Medicine Technology and PET/CT imaging
Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
Anatomy and medical terminology
PACS image processing and transmission
