Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive per diem pool environment
Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Compassion and empathy for elderly residents
