Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical treatment services, including individual, group, and family psychotherapy, tailored to each client’s needs.
Perform clinical assessments and develop clear, practical treatment plans that support client progress.
Deliver emergency services, information and referral, and consumer support services when needed.
Provide community education and consultation services to improve local mental health awareness and coordination.
Collaborate with the Director of Outreach Services and Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality, credentialed care.
Work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound clinical judgment and professional discretion.
Support and consult with staff on cases involving special populations when qualified under WAC 246-341-0515.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP (required).
At least 2 years of experience treating consumers in the assigned program area.
Demonstrated knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and direct client services.
Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision and exercise good clinical judgment.
Qualification under WAC 246-341-0515 for any additional specialties if providing services to those populations.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and treatment planning expertise.
Proven individual, group, and family psychotherapy skills.
Crisis intervention and emergency services experience.
Familiarity with community mental health issues and local referral networks.
Strong communication, consultation, and consumer support skills.
Capacity to work independently and collaborate with clinical leadership.
