Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostic testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology with accuracy and care
- Maintain strict quality control and documentation to ensure reliable patient results
- Follow and promote laboratory safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to keep workflow moving
- Communicate results and collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care decisions
Qualifications
- Must hold a current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license
- Proven experience performing testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology
- Demonstrated ability to follow quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently during evening/night shifts
- Available for a quick start; position is open and hiring for two openings
