Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography exams with skill and compassion to help detect breast cancer early
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure image quality and accurate documentation in alignment with ACR and MQSA standards
• Execute mammography quality assurance tasks and routine checks to maintain program integrity
• Provide an exceptional patient experience — prioritize comfort, clear communication, and privacy
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic workflows and follow-up

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with advanced mammography credentials (required)
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Experience with mammography quality assurance and image quality processes
• Knowledge of ACR and MQSA standards and their application to daily practice
• Strong patient communication and customer-service mindset
