Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Assess patients, monitor status changes, and communicate findings to the care team
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care
Support activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Maintain accurate, timely charting in the facility electronic medical record

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico required
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and performing clinical tasks independently
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and infection control procedures
Vital signs assessment and routine clinical observations
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Patient-centered care, time management, and prioritization under busy shifts
