Shift Type: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (day)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in the facility
Administer medications and follow established medication administration protocols
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in condition promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient chart
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
Assist with admissions, transfers and safe patient handling as needed

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire (required)
BLS/CPR certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working the scheduled weekend and evening shifts (Sat, Sun, Mon)
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or med/surg preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Local candidates preferred (local-only assignment)

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Good clinical assessment and basic wound care knowledge
Infection control and safety-conscious practice
Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting best practices
