Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents during the night shift
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor patients, report changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Perform routine assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Support resident comfort and safety while promoting independence and dignity

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire required
• Valid CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain promptly
• Comfortable working overnight hours and handling typical LPN duties
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program or vocational nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care, medication administration, and documentation
• Skill in resident assessment and recognizing changes in condition
• Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and family members
• Ability to prioritize tasks during a busy night shift
