Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of LPN scope of practice and nursing standards
Skills in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
