Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
Document assessments and interventions clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient dignity and comfort
Support admission, discharge and care planning processes as needed

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or obtainable upon hire
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Reliable, professional, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) required
High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic clinical assessment: vitals, wound checks, and reporting changes
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control and universal precautions
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care environment
