Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a per diem capacity
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
Assist with activities of daily living and patient education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be current)
Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and infection control
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
