Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8-hour shifts, days and weekends available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
Excellent observation and critical thinking skills
Empathy and compassion for patients and families
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
