Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on direct care to residents consistent with LNA scope
• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
• Document resident status, changes and interventions clearly and promptly
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow care plans and infection control standards to keep residents safe and comfortable

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – travel classification (T-LNA) noted in the order
• Eligible to work in VT/NH or hold appropriate state licensure for the assignment
• Must have reliable personal transportation (public transit is limited in this area)
• Available to start the travel assignment on 2026-04-06 and complete through 2026-07-06

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong resident-centered care and familiarity with activities of daily living
• Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, safe transfers and observation of resident status
• Clear, compassionate communication and teamwork in a busy care setting
• Dependable time management and documentation skills
