Dialysis Technician – UHC Staffing

Dialysis Technician

Location: Arlington, Washington

Start Date: 06-08-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Saturday, 10-13 hour shifts, AM or PM, ending no later than 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care for renal dialysis patients following established protocols
Support patients throughout their dialysis treatments under the guidance of registered nurses
Ensure patient safety and comfort during every session
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality treatment across multiple locations
Help patients feel at ease while managing their kidney health journey

Qualifications

Current CHT or CCHT certification required
Current Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain
Current CPR with BLS certification from American Heart Association
At least 1 year of previous dialysis experience
Willingness to cover multiple clinic locations in the greater Seattle area

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care protocols
Ability to follow specific care guidelines under nurse supervision
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfort working in both AM and PM shift environments
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
