Roles & Responsibilities

Assist dentists during endodontic procedures
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Take and process dental X-rays
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred
Active X-ray certification in Maryland
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in endodontic assisting (pink scrubs) a plus
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in dental software and charting
