Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
Assist patients with mobility and transfers, using safe body mechanics.
Take and accurately record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
Support nursing team with basic clinical tasks and timely documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control protocols.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by the facility.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site for assigned shifts.

Education

High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care skills and familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately.
Basic infection control and safety practices.
Comfortable with clear communication and teamwork in a clinical setting.
Good observational skills and attention to detail for reporting patient changes.
