Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents feel comfortable and valued
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere at Cedar Ridge Center

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Maine
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass background check and provide valid photo ID
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Respect for resident dignity and privacy
