Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents with dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any meaningful changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
• Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team about resident needs
• Document care and observations accurately to support care planning
• Support residents emotionally and encourage participation in daily activities

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Comfortable working 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts and flexible per-diem availability
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic documentation and observation skills to report resident status
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass standard background checks and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamental patient care and safe transfer techniques
• Taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Infection control and basic safety procedures
• Clear communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Empathy, patience, and strong observational skills
