Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to elderly participants
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support participants' independence and dignity
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-being
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in Florida
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
A heart for serving the elderly and disabled

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for documentation
