Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a supportive environment
Assist with activities of daily living to help residents maintain dignity and independence
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Support mobility and safety needs to keep residents comfortable and secure
Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced setting

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance techniques
Infection control and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents and staff
Time management and adaptability
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
