Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4 days per week, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus on-call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab
Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions
Circulate during procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care
Flex into Interventional Radiology role as needed to support patient care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with TEE, cardioversion, Interventional Radiology, circulating, and pre/post care
Minimum 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience preferred
Must reside within 20-30 minutes of the hospital for on-call duties

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Proficiency in sterile technique and patient assessment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
