Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and scrub during cardiac cath lab procedures across EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and cardiac service lines
• Operate and support imaging equipment such as Philips C-arms and use Merge Vericis hemo system during cases
• Document patient care and procedure details in Epic accurately and promptly
• Ensure patient safety, sterile technique, and equipment readiness before and after procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, techs and other team members to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends when needed
• Support unit workflow, including turnover, setup, and troubleshooting equipment during procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment; be flexible and ready to step into different service lines

Qualifications

• RN license with current BLS and ACLS — OR RCIS/ARRT certification for cath lab techs (techs must hold credentials) with BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (job indicates 2 years experience)
• Must have experience in at least 3 of the service lines: EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac
• Preferred candidates with experience covering 4 service areas
• Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and flexible staffing models
• Team-player attitude; flexible, self-starting, able to take direction

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong familiarity with cardiac cath lab procedures and workflow
• Experience with Philips C-arms and Merge Vericis hemo systems
• Proficiency with Epic for documentation and charting
• Ability to function in multi-disciplinary teams and support 3-4 person team ratios
• Skilled in sterile technique, patient monitoring and intra-procedural support
• Good communication skills and ability to adapt across service lines
