Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and a smile
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized wellness plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Foster a warm, supportive environment that feels like home

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current certifications including BLS
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
Ready for a 13-week travel adventure starting May 15

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration and vital signs monitoring
Adaptable mindset for dynamic care environments
