Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed, day shifts available

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and supplies
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile field
Anticipate surgeon's needs and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor and restock surgical supplies and equipment
Collaborate with nursing and anesthesia staff for optimal patient care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with operating room protocols and safety standards
