Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgical teams during procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment
Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide instruments swiftly
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgery
Collaborate with nurses and doctors for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
BLS certification required
Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and infection control
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
