Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voices through personalized speech therapy sessions
Assess communication disorders and craft tailored treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and celebrate milestones
Educate families and caregivers on effective strategies for lasting progress
Document progress with precision to track triumphs and adjust approaches dynamically

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
Current BLS certification
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
Compassionate communicator with a passion for helping others find their voice

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification from ASHA

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia management and augmentative communication
Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse patient populations
Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
Adaptability to fast-paced rehab environments
