Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Evaluate and treat communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and modalities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
