Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders to transform patient lives
Develop personalized treatment plans that deliver real progress
Deliver engaging therapy sessions fostering communication skills and confidence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
Track outcomes and adjust therapies to maximize impact
Educate patients and families empowering lasting independence

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Strong passion for helping others find their voice

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Completion of ASHA clinical fellowship if applicable

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech and language assessments
Skilled in dysphagia and swallowing evaluations
Proficiency with augmentative communication devices
Excellent interpersonal skills for patient rapport
Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
