Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while following facility policies and best practices
• Maintain and present required certifications such as BLS and any state licensure when requested
• Complete Trinity specialty competency testing and other assigned competency assessments
• Adhere to immunization, respirator fit testing, and screening requirements to ensure a safe environment
• Accurately document care, screenings, and any required health statements or test results
• Collaborate respectfully with the interdisciplinary team to support excellent resident outcomes
• Participate in onboarding and any required training to stay current with facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• Active and verifiable professional license or certification as required for your role
• Ability to pass License/Certificate Verification and Trinity specialty competency testing
• Successful completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and any required background checks
• Fit test completion and respirator evaluation as required
• Up-to-date immunizations or documented proof of immunity: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza
• PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) tuberculosis screening as required
• Physical/health statement and Trinity Color Vision test clearance

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of infection prevention practices and immunization requirements
• Familiarity with respirator use and fit testing procedures
• Comfort with competency testing and following structured assessment guidance
• Clear communication and teamwork skills in clinical settings
• Attention to detail when completing health screenings, documentation, and compliance paperwork
• Ability to adapt to per diem scheduling and varied assignments
