Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Direct and coordinate nursing care for labor and delivery patients, postpartum patients, and high-risk antepartum patients
Work effectively with a team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

2+ years of current acute care hospital L&D experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN or EFM certification
Experience with Mom/Baby, Peds, and/or NICU patients preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in L&D nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
