Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Collaborate closely with physicians and the Cath Lab team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and inventory for each case
Continuously assess and document patient condition, responding quickly to changes
Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives to elevate patient care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in New Jersey
Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic interpretation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in aseptic technique and surgical environment protocols
