Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans
• Coordinate compassionate nursing care for diverse psychiatric populations
• Provide milieu management and educate families on discharge planning
• Ensure a safe, secure environment for patients and staff
• Document meticulously and report risks to prevent adverse outcomes
• Lead as a clinical expert, delegating tasks and developing staff
• Champion quality improvement and resource stewardship
• Role model integrity, compassion, and professional excellence daily

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Psychiatric or ED clinical experience highly preferred
• Valid Michigan driver's license may be required
• New grads considered with relevant experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred, from accredited school
• Licensed to practice in Michigan
