Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients and their families
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact license)
At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred
BCLS certification required; PALS preferred
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different units
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and evidence-based practices
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in patient assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving
