Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with rotating call coverage
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional perioperative care across a wide variety of surgical specialties
- Assist with robotic procedures using the advanced DaVinci Xi system
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float between two nearby campuses to support staffing needs as required
- Maintain readiness for occasional trauma cases while on call
- Deliver compassionate care during general, orthopedic, GYN, ENT, and GI procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 2-3 years of operating room experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with robotics Xi procedures
- Comfortable with a variety of surgical cases including general, ortho, GYN, and ENT
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of surgical information systems (SIS)
- Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic procedures
- Familiarity with common OR cases including robotics and trauma
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to float between nearby campuses
- Quick learner for new EMR systems
