Location: Sanford, Florida

Start Date: 07-06-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4-10 or 5-8 hour days with late stays and on-call rotation, Monday-Friday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and EP Lab
Circulate, scrub, and monitor during interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures
Assist with advanced procedures including TAVR, Watchman, PCI, and Impella placements
Collaborate with a dedicated team of cardiologists, techs, and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the lab and holding area

Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida (or compact state)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or interventional cardiology experience
Proficiency in EP circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiovascular nursing and Cath Lab procedures
EP lab techniques including monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating
Experience with TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripherals, Impella, and balloon pump
Familiarity with GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, Penumbra
