Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert wound care consultations and treatment recommendations for inpatients
Perform weekly follow-ups to monitor healing and adjust care plans
Conduct new ostomy teaching for patients and families
Manage complex wound vacs and fistulas with confidence
Document all assessments and interventions in Expanse system

Qualifications

Active WOCN certification is required
At least 2 years of wound care experience
Ability to work autonomously and make independent clinical decisions
Comfortable with wound photography and measurements

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of wound care products and treatments
Proficiency in ostomy care and teaching
Experience with wound vac management
Strong autonomous decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
