Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with RNs and other staff to create individualized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care or similar setting
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work every other weekend
COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) and negative test prior to start

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with electronic health records
Dedication to patient safety and quality care
