Location: Georgetown, Texas

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medical-surgical patients
Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience required
BLS and NIHSS certifications required (ACLS and Rhythm Interpretation preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Med/Surg nursing procedures and patient care
Experience with Alaris IV pumps and Meditech EMR
Ability to interpret basic cardiac rhythms (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
