Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California (or compact eligible)
At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or acute care setting
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluating and treating orthopedic and neurological conditions
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
Team player with a positive attitude
