Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling, weekend rotations (4 per scheduling period), no call required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns in Labor and Delivery
Manage high-risk OB patients, including those with placenta accreta spectrum disorders
Perform and assist with C-sections, SVD, D&C, D&E, and twin deliveries
Respond to emergent situations like massive transfusion and C-hysterectomy
Collaborate with a highly engaged team of nurses, CSTs, and physicians
Maintain accurate EMR documentation in CPN and Meditech

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in High-Risk Obstetrics
Current AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced EFM certification
Active ACLS, NRP, BLS, and CPI certifications
Experience with massive transfusion and PASD preferred
Must be open to night shifts and weekend rotations

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation
Skilled in managing labor, delivery, and postpartum emergencies
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Comfortable with Alaris pumps, CADD epidural pumps, and EMR systems
