Shift Type: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, includes every other weekend, 36 hours guaranteed per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in critical conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments per protocols
Document patient care accurately in Meditech system
Respond swiftly to life-saving interventions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas (temporary licenses not accepted)
Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required
Must be comfortable with floating as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
Proficient in Meditech documentation system (preferred)
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
