Start Date: 07-11-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem evening shifts, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with a 30-minute meal break. Flexible scheduling based on facility needs.
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to elderly residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being
- Support residents with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care and patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
- Basic observation and reporting skills
