Shift Type: 36 hours per week, schedule varies, every other weekend, no on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practice
Assess, monitor, and detect potential health conditions, taking appropriate action to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Demonstrate clinical expertise and leadership by sharing knowledge and acting as a role model for peers
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams using SBAR and collegial relationships
Manage time efficiently to support team productivity and overall unit performance

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of acute rehabilitation experience required
Active Michigan RN license in good standing
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced inpatient rehab environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Expertise in assessing and treating patients across the lifespan with acute medical conditions
Proficiency in evidence-based practice and the Clinical Practice Model
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
