Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement infection prevention protocols to safeguard residents and staff
Monitor and investigate infection outbreaks, taking swift action to contain them
Educate healthcare teams on best practices in infection control
Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct audits and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state eligible)
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in infection prevention or related clinical role
Strong analytical and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in infection control guidelines and CDC standards
Proficient in data collection and outbreak investigation
Ability to educate and mentor staff effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
