Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition
- Assist with daily living activities and promote comfort
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in Maryland
- CPR certification (BLS required)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to adapt to different units and patient needs
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in clinical assessments and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
